Housing

On-Campus Housing at Ranger College

Ranger College provides convenient and affordable on-campus housing exclusively at its main campus located in Ranger, Texas. These residential options are designed to foster a safe and supportive environment for students to thrive academically and socially. All housing facilities are gender-specific, ensuring comfort and privacy for all residents.

Housing assignments are determined at the beginning of each academic year (August) based on a student’s level of on-campus involvement, including participation in athletics, academic programs, and campus organizations. This approach helps create a dynamic and engaged residential community.

The current cost for on-campus housing is $700 per semester, offering students an economical living option within walking distance of their classes and college resources.

Mailbox and Shipping Information

Each student will be issued a mailbox and combination at the reception in Welcome Center. Small packages and envelopes will be delivered to students’ mailbox (located in the Library Building by Security), and big packages will be available to pick up at The Welcome Center. Mail to be received and distributed Monday through Friday.

Please note that during the Summer, student mail will not be held on campus unless with a special request.  Without it, mail will be returned to the sender.  For questions regarding mail you may the President's Assistant. In regards to packages, please contact The Welcome Center front desk.

It is very important to include the student's name, as we receive a high volume of packages each day

Dining

All students residing in the residence halls are required to purchase the full meal plan. Meal plan allows students to enjoy an all-you-care-to-eat dining experience. Dining facility allows 3 meals a day on weekdays, and 2 meals a day on weekends. The current cost of the meal plan is $1732 per semester.

Monday-Thursday:
Breakfast: 7:00am-8:30am
Lunch: 11:30am-1:30pm
Dinner: 6:00pm-7:30pm

Friday:
Breakfast: 7:30am-8:30am
Lunch: 12:00pm-1:00pm
Dinner: 5:30pm-6:30pm

Saturday & Sunday:
Brunch: 12:00pm-1:00pm
Dinner: 5:30pm-6:30pm
