Dean of Allied Health and ADN/VN Program Director
Dr. Sandra S. Lee has been a registered nurse for more than 35 years and brings over 25 years of experience in academic nursing. Before joining Ranger College in 2020, she taught at a community college as well as at private and public universities, instructing in ADN, RN-to-BSN, Traditional BSN, Second Degree BSN, and MSN programs.
Throughout her career, Dr. Lee has served in numerous academic leadership roles, including RN-to-BSN Program Manager, Associate Dean, and Dean of Nursing. She also holds a national credential as a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) through the National League for Nursing.
In addition to her academic leadership, Dr. Lee has 16 years of clinical practice experience in older adult care, including physical medicine and rehabilitation, home health, hospice care, long-term care, and community health.
