About

Jessica Brown serves as the Dean of Mathematics at Ranger College, where she teaches both developmental and college-level courses. She is deeply passionate about math education and is continually refining her teaching craft to better serve her students.

Mrs. Brown earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Tarleton State University. She has been recognized for her excellence in education with honors such as Adjunct Faculty Member of the Year and the NISOD Excellence Award. Additionally, she completed a Certificate of Leadership from the Texas Success Center Leadership Academy.

Outside of work, Mrs. Brown enjoys life on a hobby farm with her husband and their dogs.

• B.S. in Mathematics with Secondary Certification

• M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with 21 graduate hours in Mathematics
