Ranger College has soccer men’s and women’s teams.

Women’s Soccer
The Ranger College women’s soccer program had developed into one of the most feared programs in Region V over the past decade. The squad has advanced to the regional tournament and helped launch several stars onto the level of college play. The team advanced to the district tournament in 2016.

Men’s Soccer
The Ranger College men’s soccer team is perennially among the top teams in Region V. The Rangers have advanced to the Region V tournament in each of the last five years, including a trip to the District tournament in Kansas in 2017. The Rangers, under the guidance of head coach Rafael Gonzalez, are consistently ranked among the top small colleges, attracting world-class athletes from through the U.S. and Caribbean. Among the RC players to move on to larger programs were Kyle Edwards (UT-Rio Grande Valley) and Zino Solomon (UT-Rio Grande Valley).
