The RC Presidential Scholarship is the most prestigious academic merit award given by the College and is based on exceptional academic performance, proven leadership, and demonstrated service. The award amount will cover full tuition, fees, and dorm room for one academic year (excluding summer) and is valued at $5230. Presidential Scholarships in Erath or Brown County do not include housing. Recipients will be responsible for the cost of meals, books, room reservation fee, and parking sticker. Presidential scholars work on campus 12 hours per week. Students must maintain a minimum 3.0 grade point average and be enrolled in at least one honors class each long semester. Federal or state aid will be applied to account before scholarship. Students on an athletic scholarship do not qualify for presidential scholarship. A maximum of 30 students will be selected for the program.
