Ranger College has a proud tradition of being competitive on the regional and national debate and IE circuit. We would like to extend an offer for all interested parties to come compete for Ranger College in the fall of 2019.

In 2017-2018 school year Ranger College Debate team attended 6 tournaments, and brought home awards in Informative, Duo, Poetry, IPDA and NPDA, Nationals in Daytona Beach.

Students interested in joining Debate team must have a 3.0 GPA from High School, and ability to commit to attend Ranger College for 2 years.

We offer Full, Premier and Partial scholarships for debate team. Full scholarship covers all expenses associated with attending Ranger College. Premier scholarship covers housing, tuition, labs and meals.To qualify for Premier scholarship, one must demonstrate aptitude and success in debate or forensics, and in their coursework. Partial scholarship is granted to debate team members not qualified to receive Premier scholarship. The scholarship will cover some expenses, and can lead into a Full Scholarship or Premier Scholarship.
